Added VehicleManager.cpp

- LogInSystem is now a class
- All source files are moved into src folder
- Updated README.md to reflect the codes' current progress
- renamed vehiclesData.txt to vehiclesData.json

The original version of this program (as seen in the initial commit) was a version of my work years ago.
